Award winning housebuilder Hill Residential is bringing forward proposals for new homes and associated infrastructure off Townsend Lane, Harpenden.
St Albans City & District Council’s emerging Local Plan 2041 has draft allocated the site under Core Policy M7 for residential development and Hill Residential is excited to present their proposals for a mix of circa 56 high-quality new homes, including 40% affordable housing, alongside open green space and pedestrian and cycle routes to enhance connectivity.
We are dedicated to creating a community that not only meets the growing housing needs but also maintains the character of Harpenden.
